The raising of the Spyder

The bike is designed to ride low to the ground. If you raise it very much you will throw off the center of gravity, thus making it very possible to flip the bike over. I know of only ONE shock absorber that has sufficient play to be able to lift the front end of the bike by about 3 to 4 inchs. It can go further but depending on your weight, driving style, and ability I would not recommend raising it higher than that. The shocks are made by only one company. King Shocks. They are made exclusively for PitBull Power Sports. King will not sell them to you. You have to buy them from PitBull. Fair Warning they are expensive but you will never have to buy another pair of shocks are these are repairable/rebuildable. They are called CanAm Spyder King shocks Yes, many people will now get on and voice their support for their favorite shock which are also expensive just not as expensive. The truth is you should do your own research. Don't listen to me or to others. Do your own research and find out which shock is the ultimate best shock for your bike. You dont know me or anyone else on here. People are full of opinions. Don't be swayed by someone who says he knows everything. I hope this helps.
